What is 'learning' in a TPA classroom?
- Personalised and individualised experience for all children
- Appropriate levels of challenge to inspire children to reach their full potential
- Varied strategies such as split teaching, effective questioning and careful resourcing, are used to ensure learning is at the right level and builds good progress
- All staff support active learning, to ensure subject experiences are connected and memorable to build knowledge, understanding and skills over time
